Road behaviour education

Safe roads start with attitude, not rules.

Most crashes are preventable. We teach the values, beliefs and habits behind how people drive, ride and share the road.

Traffic mirrors culture.

What we practise on the road each day as ritual is what we practise in daily life as social norm.

The numbers

Roads and vehicles are getting safer. Deaths keep rising.

1,83,434people were killed on India’s roads in 2025, over 500 every day.
+3.5%more deaths than the 1,77,175 recorded in 2024.
+19%increase in road deaths between 2021 and 2025.

So why? Is the reason the roads? Is it the vehicles?

The reason is bad attitudes.

Why it matters

It is not a lack of skill. It is a lack of the right behaviours.

India carries a heavy toll of road crashes, fatalities and injuries, with the greatest losses among 18–35 year-olds in their most productive years. Two-wheeler education is largely missing. Prevention is better than cure.

Emotions drive decisions

Not a list of do’s and don’ts. Values, beliefs and attitudes decide who we are on the road and how we see everyone else on it.

Mind-set can be taught

Safety and civic sense are learned, by parents, schools and employers who set boundaries and guide values toward shared social norms.

Trust is social capital

Responsible behaviour builds community and trust. Road education is an investment in how we treat fellow citizens.
